Context

Negócio com Direção was conceived as an experience that combines content with practical application. After working through the ebook’s ten modules, entrepreneurs needed a tool capable of turning what they learned into organized records, a clearer view of the business and concrete action.

The challenge

The experience needed to bring together information about customers, offer, pricing, cash flow, sales, marketing, formalization, operations and growth without becoming technical or confusing. It also had to remain accessible to people with limited management experience while keeping a clear boundary between decision support, the entrepreneur’s own judgment and professional advice.

The solution

A miniapp was structured to consolidate the records from all ten modules into a Central Business Map. Using transparent calculations and rules, without artificial intelligence, the tool identifies situations that deserve attention, explains which data was used and presents possible paths, such as reviewing a price, tracking proposals or reorganizing deadlines.

Based on this view, the entrepreneur chooses a priority and records what will be done, who will be responsible, the deadline and how the result will be evaluated.
