ALNEXUS needed to turn the concept of business maturity into an accessible experience that could provide business owners with an initial reading of their company’s current stage and establish a starting point for later strategies.

The challenge

The experience had to guide users through 30 questions on strategy, management, processes, technology and growth in a clear, focused journey built exclusively for mobile devices. It needed to reduce completion effort without oversimplifying the assessment.

The solution

A mobile interactive assessment was structured with an introduction screen, visible progress, sequential questions and answer options. At completion, its logic organizes the score, maturity level, identified risks and recommended next step to support future decisions and growth strategies.
